01The problem
PR agencies follow their clients' coverage by hand: someone scans newspapers and sites every day, pastes links into a spreadsheet and builds a report at month end. An important story can reach the client before the agency itself knows about it.
02What we built
We built a platform that collects news from 19 sources around the clock and matches every item to client monitors the moment it arrives, using Elasticsearch with an Arabic analyzer. AI analyses sentiment and entities, alerts arrive by email or Telegram, and reports come out as Arabic PDFs. Each agency has its own account, plan and client dashboard.
